Shipping policy

Delivery

Your order will be shipped from our central warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. All delivery and return costs are paid for by the customer and will depend on destination and order size. Any customs duty and/or taxes is paid for by the receiver. Movesgood cannot accept responsibility for any delays in the customs process outside of the EU.

Normal delivery time, if nothing else is specified, is 1-3 business days within Sweden. Orders to Europe take 3-7 working days, and to the rest of the world 3-7 working days. All deliveries are made by DHL or FedEx. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order once the order is shipped.
