When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic email with information about your order. In the event that we are unable to deliver the order due to stock levels, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel your order. Please ensure that you read the terms and conditions before placing your order onmovesgood.com.

Payment

Movesgood currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express as well as location-specific payment options including Klarna in Sweden and Mobile Pay in Denmark. The available payment options are made clear during the checkout process. All information is sent securely to Movesgood via Adyen N.V., a company registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 34259528 and having its seat at Simon Carmiggeltstraat 6-50, 1011 DJ in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection. This prevents any unknown and unauthorized sources from accessing customer information and it does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction. All prices include Swedish VAT. Movesgood reserves the right to change prices at any time. On movesgood.com prices are shown in the following currencies: Swedish Krona (SEK), Danish Krone (DKK), Norwegian Krone (NOK), Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD) and British Pound (GBP).


DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

Your order will be shipped from our central warehouse in Skurup, Sweden. All delivery and return costs are paid for by the customer and will depend on destination and order size. Any customs duty and/or taxes is paid for by the receiver. Movesgood cannot accept responsibility for any delays in the customs process outside of the EU.

Normal delivery time, if nothing else is specified, is 1-3 business days within Sweden. Orders to Europe take 3-7 working days, and to the rest of the world 3-7 working days. All deliveries are made by DHL or FedEx. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order once the order is shipped.

Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving it, assuming they are in their original condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. Any original packaging, including tags or boxes the item came with must be included. Underwear and bedding packaging must be unbroken to be accepted for return. Failure to comply with this policy will mean any returns are only accepted at our discretion.

Should you wish to make a return, you will need your return order number which you can find by logging in to your Movesgood account. If you have not already created an account, you can do so now via our website. Once you have your return order number, please go to our returns site, https://movesgood.returnscenter.com/, enter the number and the email used for your order with Movesgood. The full order will appear, from which you can then select the item(s) you wish to return and reason(s) for return. A list of available carriers for your return will also be provided for your selection. Once we have received and approved your return, we will make payment to you in the value of the returned product. You will receive an email notification when the return is completed. It can take 5-15 days from receiving the return to completing the refund. Any return costs are paid for by the customer.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product you will need to return the product you do not want and make a new order.

Force Majeure

We have the right to assert force majeure in the case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like.
