Returns & Refunds

We want your return experience to be as smooth as possible. If for any reason your purchase isn’t exactly what you expected, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.

The return shipping cost is 69 SEK within Sweden. Return costs from outside Sweden vary depending on your location.

Once we have received and approved your return, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase. Returned items must be clean, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Important information regarding hygiene products

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Underwear

• Bedding products if the packaging has been opened or broken

Bedding products may only be returned if the packaging is unopened and intact. 

Online & in-store purchases

Please note that:

• Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in our physical stores

• Items purchased in-store cannot be returned or exchanged through our online store
