Return process
To request a return, please log in to your customer account and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
Follow the steps to submit your return request and provide the requested information. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive confirmation and further instructions regarding the return process.
After we have received and approved your return, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Returns are normally processed within 14 days of receipt, although in some cases processing may take up to 30 days. You will receive an email once your return has been completed. Please note that it may take a few additional business days before the refund appears in your account. Any invoice or payment service fees are non-refundable.
If you experience any issues submitting your return request through your customer account, please contact our customer service team. During periods of high demand, response times may be slightly longer. As long as your return request is submitted within the applicable return period, your return will be accepted in accordance with our return policy.
