By placing an order on our Website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. A binding agreement is formed between you and Movesgood when we confirm your order.

2. ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A purchase agreement is only concluded once Movesgood has dispatched your order.
Movesgood reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases including but not limited to:

Suspected fraud

Incorrect customer information
If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded if payment has been made.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely via authorised payment service providers including Adyen N.V.
Movesgood does not store full card details.
Pricing
All prices include Swedish VAT where applicable.
International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Movesgood reserves the right to adjust prices at any time prior to order confirmation.
Currencies displayed may include SEK, DKK, NOK, EUR, USD and GBP depending on location.
4. DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden.
Estimated delivery times:

Sweden: 1–3 business days

Europe: 3–7 business days

Rest of world: 3–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Orders are delivered via shipping partners such as, Postnord, DHL or FedEx. Tracking information will be provided when the order is dispatched.
Movesgood is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMER RIGHTS)
If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
Movesgood voluntarily extends this to a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
6. RETURNS
Items must:

Be unused and unwashed

Be in original condition

Include original packaging and tags
For hygiene reasons, underwear and bedding must remain sealed to be eligible for return.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or partially refunded.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless required otherwise by law.
Refunds are processed within 5–15 business days after we receive and approve the return.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
7. EXCHANGES
Movesgood does not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, you must return the original item and place a new order.
8. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY
We strive to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.
Movesgood does not guarantee product availability and reserves the right to discontinue products at any time.
9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is accurate.
You agree not to misuse the Website, including:
